Kovacevic: Angry ‘Alvin’ brings needed rush

The sunshine above cast rays as golden as Heinz Field's glistening new South Plaza, the Towels were twirling, the Steelers were in a Terrible mood, the first-round pick Bud Dupree blitzed with belligerence, the old man James Harrison bulldozed Aaron Rodgers from behind, and two points went up for the home team.

All this occurred in the span of a sweet handful of seconds and, man, good luck picking out which was sweetest.

From this vantage point, I'll take the bad mood.

"Yeah, we got a little mad, man," Jarvis Jones was saying after the 24-19 preseason victory Sunday over the Packers. "And then we went back on the field and did something about it."
