The progress of the Steelers' offense continues to carry the team through the 2016 season. Ben Roethlisberger has continued to show that he is an elite quarterback, and several young players have become contributors to make the offense a more cohesive unit.
While Antonio Brown has been the lifeblood of the skill players for years now, the return of Le'Veon Bell, emergence of Sammie Coates and Jesse James and the continuity of the offensive line despite injuries have kept the unit on track for its goal of averaging 30 points per game. They are just short of that goal at the moment, mostly due to their flat performance against the Eagles.
Their performance against the Jets on Sunday was a solid example of how everything can come together despite several mistakes throughout the game.
