There are priorities this offseason for the Steelers, then there's the need to re-sign Le'Veon Bell. He had the third highest average yards from scrimmage per game in NFL history.
Behind Bell is a youthful scat-back in Fitzgerald Toussaint and a seasoned veteran in DeAngelo Williams. They pose different threats but bring elements to the Steelers' offense that are of use to Ben Roethlisberger, Neither, however, are the complete package that Bell is.
