RICHMOND, Va. — Well, it took me a few days, but I finally managed to track down a copy of DK Comics Presents No. 3. I have to admit, at first glance I was a little let down … this book just didn’t look nearly as exciting as that amazing second issue. I mean, the Senator? If she’s a senator, why does she look like an extra from the movie ‘300?’ And what’s with that giant gavel, anyway? Ugh.
But I dug in, and once I got into it, it actually turned out to be pretty good. Better than I expected.
And man, did it ever set things up perfectly for that fourth and final issue. My friends, that one is going to be amazing!
