David DeCastro did not practice again and would seem highly doubtful to play Monday in Tampa Bay. However, Marcus Gilbert said he still might.
As he did in last week's loss to Kansas City, B.J. Finney will start in place of DeCastro, who suffered a hand fracture in Week 1 against Cleveland. The All-Pro right guard had been the Steelers' most durable lineman, missing just one game over the previous four seasons, and that was when he was rested in last season's regular-season finale against the Browns.
