The Penguins have assigned forward Joseph Blandisi to their American Hockey League affiliate in Wilkes-Barre.
Blandisi, 25, has been summoned to the parent club three times this season and has appeared in 11 games, putting up a goal and two assists.
In his most recent stint with the Penguins, Blandisi played in two games, both against the Blues, and had an assist.
He has three goals and three assists in 10 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season.
