TAMPA, Fla. -- Good morning!
Ever wanted to see Florida in a week?
Well, I'm not a fan of Florida for a day, much less that long, but I'll be covering a whole lot of ground here the next little while, beginning tonight in double-teaming the Penguins' big matchup with the Lightning alongside Dave Molinari at Amalie Arena, followed by a trek across Alligator Alley for a game against the Panthers in Sunrise, then right back across the swamps and up to Bradenton to help Alex Stumpf with the first few days of the Pirates' spring training.
It's a good thing our friends at Hertz don't charge by the mile for their car rentals!
• I've got a fresh Grind up today, one that touches on a ton of topics before I really lock in down here on specific events.
• We can't do Java until later in the week. She Who Is Boss was in Chicago on business -- just back as I'm typing this -- and she's the only one who can produce these.
