The Steelers made waves Friday, signing Eric Ebron to a two-year, $12 million deal. Fans were predictably excited by the move.
And so was Ebron:

Hilariously enough, Ebron might've sealed his fate way back in January of 2018, when the Steelers faced the Jaguars in the playoffs at Heinz Field. The Steelers ultimately lost that one, 45-42, but Ben Roethlisberger lit up the field, throwing for 469 yards and five touchdowns with one interception against one of the best defenses (and secondaries) in the NFL.
That performance prompted the following tweet from Ebron:

Now, Ebron will join Roethlisberger in Pittsburgh, and Steelers past and present are already hyped. Even Ramon Foster, who recently retired after 11 seasons with the team, chimed in:

While everyone on the inside seems ready for Ebron to come to town, I gotta make one quick note: Ebron might want to revise that tweet at some point. We've seen how saying "Black and yellow" worked out in the past ...
