On whatever date, in whatever location, in front of however many fans the Steelers break their first huddle of the 2020 NFL season, here's what I envision for Ben Roethlisberger's weaponry:

One running back: James Conner

Three wide receivers: JuJu Smith-Schuster, Diontae Johnson, James Washington

One tight end: Eric Ebron

Feels like the base package, I'm betting we'd agree. If Vance McDonald joins for a two-tight set, as is deliciously likely, one of the receivers would come off, probably Washington. If Derek Watt's out there for a fullback, then someone else.

OK, now step back. Stretch a long gaze all the way across that line. And tell me, solely within that prism, which is the greatest position of uncertainty.
