Running back was the presumptive primary target for the Steelers in the 2020 NFL Draft until they selected Chase Claypool and Alex Highsmith in the second and third rounds.

But they addressed the position with Anthony McFarland a 5-foot-8, 208-pound speed back out of Maryland. That goes against the trend of power running backs the Steelers have been used to relying on like Le'Veon BellJames Conner and Benny Snell. But here's why that could be a good thing:
