Hockey is finally back.
Sort of.
There won't be games for a while, at least, but the players who were, for the most part, off the ice for nearly three months because of the coronavirus pandemic are skating again, as the NHL moved to Phase 2 of its return-to-play plan.
Are you surprised things actually have progressed to this point? Do you think they should have? What do you think the chances are that the league eventually will make it to Phase 3 (the opening of training camps, set for July 10) and Phase 4 (actual games) of its program? And if there are games this summer, what do you think about the Penguins' preliminary-round matchup with Montreal?
This is the place to discuss those things, and everything else to do with hockey.
