Frustration. Disappointment. Downright sadness.

All would be great words to describe Major League Baseball fans as they've been forced to watch the back-and-forth between the league and the players' association the past month. Whether it was players tweeting their frustrations, or commissioner Rob Manfred hedging on whether there will be a season or not.

The entire situation has been one big mess, and it seems as if, at the witching hour, the two sides are closing in on a deal to have a season in 2020. Here is the official statement released by Manfred:
