Log in first, then click MY ACCOUNT from the website menu and click ‘Edit Profile’.
Is my username and display name the same thing?
Your username is needed exclusively for logging in, the display name is visible when you comment. Your display name will default to the first and last name you entered when you subscribed, unless you changed it. See above.
Why am I getting blocked from reading full articles?
You got logged out of your account or your subscription has expired.
Why can’t I read the site on my mobile device, but I can on my PC?
You need to log in anew on every device.
How do I know when my subscription will expire or renew?

On the LOGIN page, click ‘Lost your password?’ and enter the email address associated with your account. An email from no-reply@DKPittsburghSports.com will be sent to you that includes your username plus a link to change your password. Please check your junk/spam folder as well.
