With the 2018-19 NHL season finally over, oddsmakers are releasing their picks for who will hoist the Stanley Cup in 2020.

Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas, Nevada, has the Penguins tied for ninth in the league with the Capitals at 20/1 odds for next season.

The Lightning are the early favorites by all accounts, and the reigning champion Blues aren't even in the top-5 to repeat. The Senators, who finished last in the league last season with a 29-47-6 record, again finish last in the rankings.
