ST. LOUIS -- Penguins forward prospect Sam Miletic has been selected for the 2020 AHL All-Star Classic, the AHL announced on Thursday.

The All-Star Classic will feature a skills competition on Jan. 26 and a three-on-three tournament on Jan. 27 in Ontario, Calif.

Miletic replaces forward Andrew Agozzino, who will be unavailable for the event. Agozzino was among a group of players assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to play during the NHL's All-Star break, but will presumably be recalled by Pittsburgh after the break ends. With Agozzino missing the game, Miletic is the Penguins' lone representative at the AHL All-Star Classic.

Miletic, 22, is Wilkes-Barre's No. 2 leading scorer with 27 points, trailing only Agozzino, and his 19 assists lead the team.
