Antonio Brown took to Twitter on Monday to seemingly announce his retirement from football.
"Is it time to walk away (I've) done everything in the game?!!" he asked in a tweet.
"At this point the risk is greater than the reward," he continued. "Thank you everyone who (has) been part of this journey (I) sincerely thank you for everything! Life goes on 84!"
"I came I saw I conquered mission complete," he said in a third tweet. "Call God."
Brown then plugged his mixtape, "Himmothy."
Brown previously threatened retirement in August when he was not allowed to wear his old helmet in Raiders training camp. He also announced his retirement from the NFL in September, saying that he "will not be playing in the NFL anymore (because) these owners can cancel deals, do whatever they want at anytime."
The Steelers traded Brown to the Raiders in March, and he was released in September after a short, drama-filled stint that included a helmet controversy, frozen feet, shots at Ben Roethlisberger, shots at the Raiders, and more. Brown was quickly picked up by the Patriots, but was released after 11 days amidst sexual assault allegations.
The next several months saw Brown re-enroll in school, have the cops called to his house, release the single "Whole Lotta Money," workout with the Saints, get into some online beef with Youtube personality Logan Paul, get the cops called to his house a second time, get dropped by his agent, have a warrant issued for his arrest, apologize to Roethlisberger, and ramp up his training in an attempt to get back into the NFL.
